When trying to upload a thumbnail there is constant error “Upload Image failed” "Thumbnail should be the following formats: .*jpeg, *.png, *.bmp and not exceed 3MB in size. I tried multiple thumnails that are all Under 1.9 MB and all PNG and they all do not work, I try with many previous thumbnails that I uploaded before no problem but now they do not work. It is a bug that need to be fixed.
Expected behavior
What should happen is the thumbnail you upload should upload normally and not give Upload image failed error.

Also getting this error as of today. Tried different file names, file types, etc. Can’t upload thumbnails at all.

Seems like this issue is happening everywhere. I also tried jpeg,jpg,png, different file sizes just to realize everyone is having the same issue.

Fix for this bug just rolled out, thumbnail uploads should be going through now. Are you encountering any more issues?
