When one of our developers attemps to delete thumbnails they do not properly delete, and when refreshing the page they still appear.
This happens on every single one of our games, and the user is granted the ability to edit thumbnails through the new group role system.

You have to save the thumbnail deletion, right? If not, try a different web browser and/or try a different person. Try to delete browser cache as well.
We spoke with @OutlookG in private messages and the issue has been solved now. We released an API change just a couple days after this bug reported, which may have inadvertently fixed the bug.
