Thyme is a Thai Restaurant roleplaying group that offers a wide variety of meals and beverages! As a group, we aspire to provide an experience that no other place can provide. We provide a diverse selection of community-selected quality foods and beverages that can be provided to you in a delightful unforgettable experience.

FAQ

  1. How can I work at Thyme?
    You can apply to work at Thyme at the restaurant by clicking the clipboard icon at the top of the screen or by clicking the Application Center game in our Experiences section!

  2. Is safe chat allowed here?
    Having safe chat as either a guest or a member of the LR Team is permitted, you can work as normal, but beyond LR Team you must have safe chat disabled and be at least 13 years of age. We have tests in place to show that you do not have safe chat enabled when being promoted to a rank above LR Team. If it is found that you have safe chat beyond LR Team, you will be terminated from your position and further consequences may apply.

  3. What do I do if I have been banned?
    If you were banned, please wait 30 days before attempting to appeal your moderation. If 30 days has been fulfilled after your moderation, please open a report. Be patient; if your moderation is severe or staff do not believe you would be suited to have your moderation revoked, it will not be retracted. If you believe you were falsely moderated, please say that in your report.

Business Partnering

If you want to build a partnership with Thyme, make sure you adhere to the requirements and follow the respective operations for our partnership processes. Failure to achieve these conditions or adequately follow our operations may result in the termination of our partnership.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 100 non-botted group members.
  • Must have at least 20 non-botted Discord members.
  • Professional and well-organised staff.
  • Decent activity
  • Must have over 10 different ranks.
  • Must be a fully functioning group with a complete game, training center, and other assets deemed necessary for daily operation.
  • Must have a communications server.
  • Must be a business
  • Must maintain good moderation within the group’s games and communications server.

You must submit your application through our official partner form and wait up to three to four days for a response. Make sure you message a member of the Public Relations Team and notify them about you submitting that form so we will know to look through it.

Moderation Appeal

If you were banned from our communications sever or one of our roblox games, you must use these processes to appeal your moderation. Failure to follow these processes will result in an extension of the time you need to wait for another appeal.

Please keep in mind that if you were blacklisted, Trello banned, or terminated, you cannot appeal those types of punishments, and they cannot be removed unless you directly deem them invalid to a member of the Leadership Team.

  • Submit an appeal through the Appeals Form
  • Wait for a member of the Executive Team or above to add you as a friend or message you via Discord.
  • Remain patient and repsectful.
  • Do not submit duplicate responses, if you get denied please do not be disrespectful as it could result in further punishments.
Training Schedule

Training sessions are open for joining between XX:40 'til XX:55 where it will be locked and make you unable to join. It is important that you follow instructions given in the training session and you maintain professional.

Regulations & Policies

Regulations

[1] Trolling or deliberately interfering with the operation of Thyme or the cafe is not permitted, and you will be immediately and unceremoniously banned from the server.

[2] Exploitation is prohibited at every Thyme establishment. You will be permanently barred from using any Thyme facilities if an administrator notices any indications of exploiting.

[3] To visit our facilities, we must dress appropriately. The following are just a few examples of inappropriate clothing selections:

  • Shirts that are ableist, sexist, or racist.
  • Any covert attire with a skin tone that looks natural.
  • Any attire that gets past the Roblox filter, such as curse words.
  • Any attire that could be offensive to others, such as anti-LGBTQ attire, attire that alluded to or implied sensitive subjects or events, etc.

[4] If you are not dressed appropriately or if you are wearing any of the aforementioned items, you will have one minute to change. You will be banned if you decline or do not comply. An administrator has the final say on whether your attire is appropriate, and if they tell you to change, you have to comply in order to continue playing the game.

[5] Spamming of any kind is not permitted at our facilities or on our group wall and will result in your ban.

[6] The majority of our LRs and admins only understand English, so please do your best to communicate in it when you are at the cafe. Please use Google Translate and choose the “English” option if you are not fluent in English. You will be kicked off the server for troll-ing in another language. You will also be barred if you refuse to speak English after being asked to do so.

[7] Any form of advertising is not permitted and will result in your ban, whether it be on your Youtube channel, messaging platform, Roblox group, etc.

[8] Please refrain from reporting or making untrue accusations against any other users. After being warned to stop, this will result in your ban from our server.

[9] Administrators reserve the right to ban your additional accounts if you join them after being properly banned from your primary account for violating any of the aforementioned rules.

[10] We do not allow inappropriate usernames that get past the Roblox filter, and you will be immediately banned if you use one. This holds true for both training sessions and the application process through our Application Center.

Policies

1. :tophat: Attire

Your avatar is a representation of yourself, and only appropriate clothing and/or packages should be applied to your avatar at all of our facilities. It is an expectation to wear a shirt and pants, and bypassing this restriction by wearing an invisible shirt or graphic clothing such as bloody clothing will not be tolerated.

2. :imp: Behaviour

Our community members abide by a strict set of guidelines in order to maintain the safe and positive environment we actively promote.

3. :boom: Malicious Intent

Thyme uses multiple services and platforms to keep our operations running smoothly, and has security measures in place to combat any malicious harm or connections from unauthorized personnel. Intending to harm these services and platforms will result in a ban or a potential blacklist.

4. :rotating_light: Moderation Procedures

At Thyme, we strive to maintain a safe and friendly environment for our members. We expect our customers and visitors to follow the rules and regulations we have set out for the public. Our staff will ensure these regulations are enforced at all Thyme facilities.

Breaches of our rules and regulations are split into two offence categories: minor and major. Based on the severity of the action, the individual may receive a warning, kick, ban, or permanent ban.
