Brewrista Code of Conduct
Serving and Expectation
Please note that there are 2 types of customers: Real Players (RP) and Non-Player Characters (NPCs). In default, the option for customers would be dining in. However, you may still ask the customer whether they would like to dine in or take out. Customers can only order 3 items maximum.
To serve Real Players, you are required to have your own greeting. Do not forget your greeting and have professional interaction with your customer. You need a positive and confident greeting when first introducing yourself. Be creative!
For NPCs, the customer would stand infront of your cash register. Your job is to key in their order into the register accordingly. No greeting is needed for NPCs.
Below is a walkthrough on how to serve a customer:
- Log in to an available cashier.
- Select a customer to serve on the cashier screen.
- Start taking the order by selecting the item(s) on the cashier screen.
- Press “Submit Order”. on the cashier screen.
- Create the order (refer the Recipe Guide).
- Place the item(s) on the tray/bag.
- Press “Complete Order” on the cashier screen.
To log out after finishing your shift, press “Log out” in the top right corner of the cashier screen. Please note that you are unable to log out once you have started serving a customer. If a bug occurs, you may rejoin the game. Click here for a detailed manual of the register system.
Attire
Brewristas are required to wear formal and proper attire while on duty. Any inappropriate attire is strictly forbidden such as racist, homophobic, and discriminatory clothing and et cetera. It is also important to use a realistic torso as long the uniform is visible.
You are required to wear Ticco’s Black Jacket and Black Slacks. As soon you enter the kitchen, it will automatically wear you the uniform. If it doesn’t, you can manually wear it from the Brewrista Lounge. Uniforms are compulsory for everyone including High Ranks while on duty. Failure to follow the attire code will result in a demotion.
Warnings
All customers who break any rules, such as trolling or harassing, will be given a total of 1 warning . Exploiters will not receive any warning, however you are required to report to a High/Middle Rank immediately. We expect all Brewristas to handle trollers and exploiters appropriately.
Please contact any High/Middle Ranks in the cafe/group wall/communication server. Evidence is also needed to support your report.
Promotions
Trainees can get promoted to Junior Brewrista by attending training sessions. To pass a training session, you must earn a minimum of 3 points. Junior Brewristas and Brewristas can attend additional sessions to qualify for promotion to the next rank, limited to Senior Brewrista.
Alternatively, you can skip training sessions and start working behind the counters immediately by purchasing the “Junior Barista” or “Senior Barista” gamepass. Please note that abusing your role may result in a ban, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
In our effort to promote a flexible and healthy workspace, we encourage you not to spend your entire day behind the counters, as it’s unhealthy and won’t necessarily increase your chances of promotion. Feel free to take breaks when needed!
