Our brand name, standing for ‘tea’ and ‘coffee,’ encompasses more than just beverages; whether you’re in search of a delectable drink, a serene ambiance, or a vibrant lifestyle, we offer it all.

Rules & Regulations
General
- You are not allowed to troll, exploit and glitch in the game.
- Being rude to anyone including staff is not allowed.
- Being destructive and causing discomfort is not allowed.
- You must cooperate with our Brewristas.
- All kinds of bullying, harassment, and all uncalled-for negativity are forbidden.
Services
- Do not abuse your admin commands permission.
- Trainee Brewristas are allowed to start working straight away.
- Customers must receive the best quality of service.
- You are not expected to use grammar however we ask that your sentence structure is understandable to customers
- You are expected to use a sense of maturity while on duty.
- No hinting or begging for promotion is permitted.
Punishments
- Only 1 warning will be given for trolling or disturbing customers’ comfort, and it can result in a game ban if ignored. This ban can be appealed.
- Exploiting will result in a game ban. This ban cannot be appealed.
- Any employees breaking the service rules may face demotion.

Alliance Information
Requirements
If you desire to establish an affiliation with Ticco, you must adhere to the guidelines/expectations outlined below. Failure to meet any of these expectations will lead to an automatic rejection of your application.
- The group must have at least 1,000 members in the Roblox group and 100+ members in the communication server. This requirement can be reconsidered.
- The group must be active, well-shaped, and willing to benefit Ticco.
- The group must not be under development.
- The group must have a clean and good reputation.
If you are interested in creating an alliance with Ticco, kindly speak to one of our Relations team members.
Ban Appeals
For bans resulting from trolling or harassment, you can appeal only after 30 days from your ban. To appeal, contact a High Rank to look into this for you.
For bans due to exploiting or blacklisted individuals, your ban is permanent and cannot be lifted unless found invalid.
Promotion Guide
At Ticco, we utilise a points based system. To begin your journey, you need to attend our Automated Interview Centre for a job. From there, you need to attend a Training session, which are hosted at RANDOM times, by our HR team. Once you have passed a session, you will be ranked to Junior Brewrista, where the points allocation will follow:
Junior Brewrista to Brewrista = 250 Points
Brewrista to Senior Brewrista = 500 Points
Senior Brewrista to Head Brewrista = Promotion by our HR team
Trainings
Our Training Sessions are hosted at RANDOM times, depending on when our HR team is available, to host a session. Please refer to the group shout or communications server or our Training Session Schedule as to when sessions will be hosted. You can join our Training Centre, when it is time for a session. Please do not harass our HR team to host a session, we are currently a small team as we look to expand our team.
