Tile roof feedback

Made this tile roof for a medieval house and wanted some feedback

at first I liked it but now im starting to hate it so im not sure if I should totally redesign it or just stick with it, some feed back and suggestions would help a lot

Looks pretty good!
A couple of points though. Look up tile roofs online for images. This type of roof typically has tiles staggered from 1 row to the next so when water flows through a joint between tiles it has a solid tile underneath it, not another joint.
Also the slightly offset detail is good, but (to me) you may have offset them a bit too much. Tile roofs are usually pretty evenly set up.

Not bad, you have the right concept. But rather than using cylinders, use normal blocks and have 3 color variations. You don’t want them to be exactly even, keeping in mind what the person sent above me. But try and have some variation in your tiles. If you’re confused on what i’m talking about message me, and I can explain to you on discord.

I was sort of going for a slight fish scale type design I saw in one image of a tile roof however looking at other references compared to the one in mind they seem alot messier, I def wanna keep the fish scale design however Im gunna try and make it more neater

I personally think the roof looks great! Different colors make it look more vibrant, however maybe making the colors go through a pattern would be better. Overall this is great.

Better than 2 wedges. (But for real, amazing job!)
