Time in messages displayed weird

I have encountered a minor bug, the time in messages is displayed weird.

This bug occurs every time in messages.
To reproduce this bug, follow these directions:

1. Open Roblox
2. Go to messages
3. Open a message
4. Look at the time

Here is a screenshot when reproduced in Microsoft Edge:

I think the time in the message above should be “17:38 / 2019-08-28”

This also occurs in the Roblox app from the Microsoft Store and in Chrome.

I am on Windows version 1903.
