Is there a time limit for when you should request a Roblox if your account was compromised and your limiteds were stolen? What sort of requirements are there behind the policy?
There is a deadline of 30 days to appeal a ban you received on an account. After a month has passed, it is not possible to recover the account. Same goes for account rollbacks; just 30 days to notify Roblox.
Additionally, players are usually only given 1 account rollback, though there have been some rare exceptions to this rule.

What If Roblox didn’t respond? I had a ticket from the day it happened and they just weren’t responding. After 2 weeks of no reply even though I sent multiple messages, I made another ticket and same situation, automatic replies and was told ONCE that “wait times are longer due to high volume of requests.” I even sent multiple emails to make sure my emails on my end went through. They just would not for the life of them reply until after 30 days went up AFTER i made again another (3rd ticket)
Unlikely that they deliberately waited a month to respond to your email; this is just poor support on behalf of Roblox. Not sure what else can be done, but you could try explaining your situation to the agent. Sorry that this happened
