I have no clue on how this happened
it was stuck on setting up server then this pop up

Hello @Runker51CoolFan thanks for the report. Is this still happening? Could you send over a copy of the studio logs from a recent failed attempt to open? This will contain info which can help me debug the issue for your place.
To find your Roblox Studio log files, you can follow these instructions based on the operating system you are using:
For Windows:
- Open the Run dialog by pressing the
WINDOWS KEY
andR
at the same time. - Type
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Roblox\logs
and press Enter. - The log files will be displayed. They typically have the format
<version>_<timestamp>_Studio_XXXXX.log
.
For Mac:
- Open Finder, then select the
Go
menu. - Click on
Go to Folder
. - Type
~/Library/Logs/Roblox
and press Enter. This will open the directory containing your Studio logs.
If Roblox Studio has crashed, the .dmp
files can be found in a specific subdirectory:
- For Windows, they are moved to the
logs\archive
folder. - For Mac, you can find the
.dmp
file directly in thetmp
directory. Open Terminal and runopen $TMPDIR
, then look for the.dmp
file.
These steps should help you locate your Roblox Studio log files for troubleshooting.

Hey, I dont know if it rude for not being patience but its been 12 days, can you atleast give me a update on the situation?
Checking this out now. Looking over the log I don’t immediately see anything suspicious so it looks like the problem is happening with the Team Create server itself and not Studio. Checking out what server logs I can find to help here.
Apologies for the delay here, looks like this actually may have been an issue with your Studio login being invalid somehow. Can you try logging out and back in and see if this continues to happen? I suspect this might solve it for you.

Hey, just wanted to drop another quick update here to let you know we haven’t forgotten.
One more question for you: Are you using Windows 11, and if so what version? You can press windows key + r
and type in winver
to find that out. I’m particularly interested in if it is the latest version, 24H2.
We’re looking into a potential networking problem that seems to have gotten a little worse since a recent windows patch and I suspect that might be what is happening to you here.
