PLEASE SEE THIS POST IF YOU ARE STILL CONFUSED ABOUT TINYCOINS
Tinycoins can be found in the shop, which you can buy for Robux.
Do keep in mind that when you buy Tinycoins for buildings, it works differently than buying buildings with the regular currency (made from putting regular buildings/businesses).
Buying buildings with Tinycoins is like buying a permanent gamepass. Once you buy a premium building with Tinycoins, instead of having to pay another amount of Tinycoins to place the same building again, you only pay for it once, and then you can place as much of that building as you’d like.
For example, I have 50 Tinycoins. I want to buy an SUV, which is 45 Tinycoins. But I want to buy 3 of them, not just one.
Because it’s Tinycoins, instead of paying 135 Tinycoins (45 x 3), I only have to pay for the SUV, and I can place as many as I want for the same price.
As you can see, it says “Owned” after I buy the SUV, and I add it as many times as I want just for the price of one!

It just so happened right around when you wrote this, I noticed other players were also confused by Tinycoins, and in general, didn’t react well to them (compared to when premium items were just Gamepasses, initially)
Therefore, I removed Tinycoins for new players, and also removed Tinycoins from the Twitter reward + daily login rewards, basically attempting to phase out the system.
Since some players may have already purchased Tinycoins, they will still see Tinycoins as an option in the Shop, and will still be able to purchase more or purchase items with Tinycoins, but the game now defaults to the Gamepass option and doesn’t even show Tinycoins to new players.
I hope that clears things up for future & current readers of this thread! 
PS: I reduced the price of basically everything by like 50% last night
