Tipalti setup email never sent

I’ve submitted a DevEx request four times now on my group holder account and each time it has been rejected because we didn’t setup the Tipalti account from an email we should get from Roblox’s noreply. I have checked every folder including my spam, I’ve swapped emails just in case - no luck. I’ve created three customer support tickets weeks apart from each other, all of which have been left on read, I’ve commented on another forum which has since died out and got no admin attention: Not recieving email registration for DevEx Tipalti. I am now a month behind on my bills and I’m going to lose my mind.

Expected behavior

I’m expecting an email from noreply@roblox.com to come shortly after I send in a DevEx request but I’m receiving nothing.
