Tips on making a a cut-scene attack

I was searching fighting games on roblox an came across such as Black magic 2.(This is not my video)

I saw this video and was wondering how they made the cut-scenes for the attack because you can’t set up manual cameras because the people might be in different places.
If you have any tips on how to make one please tell me.

I think this is just very well done camera manipulation using TweenService and locally creating an environment (the black background thing seen in the video) using a LocalScript.
