TLC Industries is a corporation on ROBLOX in which produces Motor-Vehicle Blueprints & Designs, and Structural-Development Blueprints such as buildings outlined within our blueprint sheet. Furthermore, TLC Industries is very structured within a corporate status and general production. This handbook will be primarily for the Training Process & General Ethics of TLC Industries Employees.

If in the situation that unethical behavior was being exceeded by any TLC Industries Employee, the Human-Resources Department in which would immediately warn the employee whom is permitting this behavior in or to the workplace environment. If an Employee of TLC Industries were to receive 2 Warnings total, that employee would be terminated and filed by the Human-Resources Department. Ethics are very important to keeping a group professional, structured, and fully-operating.

Terminations in TLC Industries are a well-structured system, in which is Administered & Filed by the Human-Resources Department. Any termination of an employee must hold valid grounds, meaning that proper screenshots, evidence, or witnesses must be on the termination card to ensure that ANY termination is with valid reasoning. When an Employee is terminated, a trello-card will be made under the Human-Resources Department which is PERMANENT, in which meaning that Employee can not return to his/her position at TLC Industries.
Any & All Terminations must be signed off by a Corporate Administrator, in which having a second layer of protection and security to ensure that any and all terminations are not false, invalidated, or purely out of a personal conflict. The Human-Resources Department handles ANY and ALL Workplace issues, in which the goal is to prevent any terminations and keeping everyone calm, cool, and collected. Furthermore, TLC Industries Employees are EXPECTED to keep their professionalism when in the workplace or any form of communicative source related to TLC.

President - The President & Chairman is vital to the Administrative & Productive cycle of TLC Industries. Further, the President & Chairman is fully in-charge and administered of the entire company and it’s subsidized assets in which include TLC Motors & The NWO Organization. Furthermore, the President has full authoritative power to remove, appoint, and change anything throughout the corporation in whole. The Board of Directors can not remove the President.
Vice President - The Vice President is the 2ic of the entire company, tasked with the general assistance and administrative duties of the President of TLC Industries. The Vice President is more in-charge of the Subsidized Assets of TLC Industries, overseeing both TLC Motors & The NWO Organization. The Vice President is to ensure that all assets are functioning properly and being properly ran by the Board of Engineers & Board of Directors.
Executive Vice President - The Executive Vice President is the third most important position of TLC Industries, tasked with the general assistance of the Vice President and administering ALL of TLC Industries under the full supervision and administrative properties of the Vice President of TLC Industries. The Board of Directors can remove anyone from any form of position as such, with approval from the President of TLC Industries.
Executive Engineer - The Executive Engineers are branches of 4 individuals which ensure that all branches of Motor, Design, and Production are being functioned properly and run correctly by the Board of Engineers. This role can make administrative changes to the Board of Engineers and all Branches if deemed necessary by unanimous vote.
Board of Engineers - The Board of Engineers is tasked with properly running and administering all branches of TLC Motors & Industries in which include Motor, Design, and Production. All forms of changes are to be made with proposals and must be voted with a unanimous vote. Failure to make change with a unanimous vote can result in removal by the Executive Engineers.
General Manager - The General Manager is tasked with ensuring that all TLC Employees are doing their jobs and parts correctly under the corporation, failure to do so can result in removal by the Board of Engineers. This job is fairly simply, but tasked with importance of many employees.

TLC Industries is built up of 2 seperate subsidiary companies, in which are titled as TLC Motors and TLC Development. TLC Motors is tasked with the production of TLC’s Motor-Vehicle Brand in which also include ANY blueprint(s) for TLC Motor-Vehicles. TLC Motors is Ran & Managed by the Board of Engineers in which they are split up into 3 different sections which is Production, Engineering, and Supervision.
TLC Development is the subsidiary in which is tasked with producing and providing Structural-Development Planning & Blueprints. Engineers employed under TLC Industries are default put into either of the two subsidiary companies, however what they are most comfortable with. At the moment, each engineer with take the TLC Industries Template for our Blueprint Sheet and submit each design to their Workspace-Trello.
