To what extent are group payouts against TOS?

I’m looking to create an exchange system in my game where players can exchange in-game currency for robux to be paid out by a group, is this forbidden by TOS? If so, to what extent are group payouts for this type of purpose against TOS?

Roblox TOS does not allow virtual game items or Irl items/money to be exchanged for robux.
The extent is 0 as if roblox catches you they will strike the game with termination as they wil see it as a “scam” read more here, Roblox Community Standards – Roblox Support under “Illegal and Regulated Goods and Activities”
