They not only keep our game running smoothly but also ensure the Discord server remains a friendly, well-moderated, and engaging space for everyone. If you’re looking to step up into the role of Shift Supervisor, here’s what you need to know and do to meet the requirements:

Hold the Rank of Team Leader: Before you can apply for or be considered for the Shift Supervisor role, you must already hold the rank of Team Leader. This demonstrates that you have experience in managing tasks and responsibilities within the community.

Be Active: Consistent engagement is vital. You need to be regularly present in both the game and the Discord community, demonstrating your commitment to Toby Carvery.

Show Leadership Qualities: Take initiative and lead by example. Help guide and support team members, creating a positive environment for both staff and players.

Demonstrate Excellent Grammar: Communicate professionally at all times, whether interacting with players, staff, or management. Clear, grammatically correct messages maintain a high standard for the community.

Be Free from Safechat Restrictions: To manage shifts and communicate effectively, you must have unrestricted chat capabilities in-game. This ensures you can respond quickly to situations requiring attention.

Be an Active Member of the Toby Carvery Discord Server: Stay updated with important announcements and discussions. Participate in conversations to stay connected with the community and your fellow team members.
Ensure you meet all the above requirements, including holding the rank of Team Leader. If you’re unsure about anything, speak to a member of Management.
