'TODO' comments don't always render properly

When writing ‘TODO’ comments in the script editor, they stop rendering with the correct highlighting when indented 4+ times.

Expected behavior

As displayed in the visual aids, all the ‘TODO’ comments should render the same, regardless of indentation

Thanks for the bug report. We are able to reproduce this issue and will prepare a fix.

Hi, turns out that this report is caused by the same logic change that causes a previously reported bug.
