Toggle setting for UI Selection visualization

When you select a rendered UI component, there is a screenspace visualization to shows the selected object(s).

No screenshot is available at this time because the UI selection visualization is currently broken (4/15/2025).

There are cases where I want the visualization and cases where I don’t. For this reason, I’d like to have a viewport toggle to enable and disable the UI selection visualization.

I assume you’re speaking of this thing

If so, then I agree the toggle shouldn’t just get re-enabled once a new element gets selected.
The only way to disable it is by deleting it from the folders all together or removing it from the CoreGui every new studio session

Otherwise the toggle exists, it just doesn’t really work the way you’d expect it to.(I have mine as a quick access shortcut up top)

I think I have the UI editor disabled because I haven’t seen those UI drag handles in a while. I am specifically talking about the blue border that appears around selected UI elements in the viewport.
