how to fix it without losing the quality?
why roblox added that limit?
if they are scared for the players with weaker devices then just make lowering the graphics of the game lower the tringles too

To lower the limit of triangles within the object you are wanting to import into Roblox from Blender, you would use the Decimate Geometry Tool:
Seperate some parts of the whole mesh. (select faces you want to seperate, hit the P key, then press “Selection”)
It would likely lag the game.
