Hi all. This tool is made with a union and handle part, connected with a weldscript.
As you can see here, the tool flings you when you first take it out.

Also, if I put it away and walk away, then take it out, it teleports me back to where it was.

All of these parts have CanCollide turned off.
Is the handle of the tool anchored? I would reccomend welding them yourself with a WeldConstraint, Part0 being the handle and Part1 being the Union.
Are the Parts of the tool Massless?
If they have any Mass then moving them around can cause issues with your Character.
I think a good way to Fix the problem
use Weld Constraints instead & make sure nothing is anchored
Weld Constraints are easy to understand & won’t move parts like Regular Welds
Part 0 should be the Handle in this case
part 1 should be each part (manually Do the welds)
(I had put my Welds in a Folder to keep them neat)
And yes, Like @Scottifly Said, Make sure the parts are massless, so They don’t move you when you move

This is what worked. I thought setting all customphysicalproperties would do the trick, but I didn’t know massless was a property.
