Tool grip is different in game than in Studio

I want the grip positioning of my tool to look like this:


I am using EgoMoose’s Tool Grip Editor plugin, by the way.

  1. What is the issue? Include enough details if possible!

When I test it out in game, it turns out like this:

I can’t think of anything as the tool grip properties in Studio aren’t at all different in game, though I did notice that zeroes are negative but I don’t believe it matters since they are zeroes.

Are you sure you’re using the plugin correctly? I’ve used this plugin in the past and it’s pretty straight forward and I’ve never had a problem: Tool Grip Editor - Roblox.

Yours might work fine but try turning moving it by the handle instead of moving the entire tool, which from what I can see in the 1st image is what you have selected.

You linked Clonetrooper1019’s Tool Grip Editor, but I’ll try that one out as it’s been updated more recently than Egomoose’s.

The plugin doesn’t work like that, but again it could just be because I am using Egomoose’s plugin which might be different.
