Tool "idle" animation with no torso keyframes skews up walk animation

walk animation is movement priority, definitely torso keyframes
idle animation is action priority, no torso keyframes

Unless you replaced it, the default R6 “toolnone” animation, which has torso keyframes, is probably playing under your tool’s idle animation.

The question is: Why does the R6 ToolNone animation have torso keyframes, but the R15 one doesn’t?
