Tool Issue w/ Animation

Whenever I animate this broom tool, the animation does not play properly. The broom is sunk in to the ground for some reason.

xD ye cuz it does follow your animation pack
make it as a movement idk but im pretty sure you did the animation as a action? eh
idk i dont animate often
