Tool not showing up in right posititon

I am a scripter, not a builder and I am not good with this stuff.
I have a keycard and I want it to be on the tip of my hand, but this is how it is:

You need to change the tool grip in the properties of the tool. There is a tool grip plugin by CloneTropper1019 if you want to use it.

There is a silly yellow cylinder when I move parts around in the studio. Can you help me remove this?

I literally move a part and this stupid cylinder shows up.

As @Dolphin_Worm mentioned, us the tool grip editor, or there is a free version.

You can get the tool editor of EgoMoose’s editor, which is free.
