Go to “VIEW” and click on the tool box in the top left corner, and it should reappear.

Is happening to me as well, click the Move, Rotate tool and tell me if they appear. If not is a glitch that is happening…

I think you can restart your computer and it might work. Sometimes for me studio randomly bugs out and not let me scale/move guis and I have to restart my pc for it to work again.
