Toolbox is erroring since latest update

Reproduction Steps:
Launch a freshly created studio instance after updating to the latest (v0.475.5) version will spit errors in the console regarding the toolbox.

Expected Behavior:
No errors should spit out regarding the toolbox. This is a built in plugin that should be QA tested before deployment!

These errors are spat out:

An even worse issue has now popped up however. I am unable to open my toolbox

right click in empty space in the ribbon and click toolbox
