toolbox items loop x number of times before showing the rest

(this problem has existed for quite some time already)
When opening “inventory” tab in toolbox, some items often loop before shoving the rest. The number of loops seem to change time to time.
Example :


System information :
Windows 11 Home, AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 16GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
