Toolbox Search Results always has this Model

Hi, i want to tell a problem that is happening to me everytime, when i search something doesnt exist, it doesnt display “Not found”, instead, it displays a model named Olympic Class Liners, it should display “Not found” instead of this model. Now this is not the person which made the model’s fault, it somehow got glitched, alot of people are having this issue
