Toolbox: Unable to view full hover preview on the bottom row of items in a subcategory

In situations where a category has enough subcategories to force a scrollbar (Vehicles and Structures but not Tech), I’m unable to view the hover preview on the bottom row.

  1. Open the Toolbox
  2. Open a category like Vehicle or Structure
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Hover over an item in the “Submarine” or “Mansion” categories
  5. Observe the behaviour.

I use a 1080p monitor and this happens 100% of the time in full-screen and windowed mode.
