Ranks
A member’s rank is decided by the Top Hat they own, and if you have multiple, by the rarest or most expensive. The only top hats that will get a rank are Banded Top Hats created by Roblox. UGC top hats do not count.
Owns A Top Hat
The most common ranking, for those members who do not own a Banded Top Hat.
Blue Top Hat
Those who own the Blue Top Hat, cheapest of the Banded Top Hat line.
Black Banded Orange Top Hat
Those who own the Black Banded Orange Top Hat.
Yellow Banded Top Hat
Those who own the Yellow Banded Top Hat.
Purple Banded Top Hat
Those who own the Purple Banded Top Hat.
Green Banded Top Hat
Those who own the Green Banded Top Hat.
Neon Pink Banded Top Hat
Those who own the Neon Pink Banded Top Hat.
Blue Top Hat with White Band
Those who own the Blue Top Hat with White Band.
Green Top Hat with White Band
Those who own the Green Top Hat with White Band.

For the few who were rewarded the Thoroughly-Tested Hat of QA. Quality assurance is guaranteed from these members.
Ranks are decided based on the following criteria; they must be created by Roblox, they must be part of the Banded Top Hat line, they must not be an extremely rare exclusive, only available to the select few elite, and I take into account demand, availability, and rarity.
Only three exceptions have been made to this rule; the White Banded Red Top Hat, the Thoroughly-Tested Hat of QA, and the Valiant Top Hat of Testing. The users who own these top hats worked hard to earn them, and deserve a separate rank to showcase their efforts.
