We know top paid sort only displays games that have someone on the game - with some weird exceptions for games that have 0 buys.
And we know the default sort for top paid is top paid last week.
For Top Paid All Time, it would be more accurate to see a list of ALL games that are currently paid access that have ever existed. So even if no one is currently playing the game, the top paid all time sort should still display it. -in the order of what makes it top paid.
Simple reason being is it would be accurately showing the games that have been the most paid games of all time.
