As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to not run into a post where someone has tried to upload a video or image and then clicked the “Create Topic” button without realizing the video or image is still uploading.
If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my experience using the forum because there would be less topics like this:

I would suggest the “Create Topic” button be greyed out while the content is being uploaded, and the “Uploading: <Percentage>” next to it be made more prominent.
