Torso animation not playing properly

Hello!

I am currently trying to make an animation for a custom character, which I already have experience doing, but this has been causing me so much trouble to fix.

How its supposed to look like:

What it looks like:

The torso is supposed to bob up and down, but it wont for some reason
I’ve tried everything I could but can’t find a solution, can anyone help?

Bumping this up again bc I still need help

is the torso anchored, and try changing the priority of the animation

The torso is anchored, and what will changing the priority of the animation do again?

just try it, see if it changes anything

It didnt do anything sadly, know any other methods?

Make sure that the root (might be torso) in your case, is not anchored and the names from the animation rig are the same as the rig you’re trying to play the animation on.

Yea all of that is done, but still not working

Having the same issue here, animations play fine when the character is locked to the camera, but in true third person torso animations break. Bump.

BECOUSE IN FIRST PERSON YOU OVERRIDE OFFSET OF IT BRUH
You need to unanchor torso and it will work

Torso isn’t anchored, none of the character is.

Just dont use moon animator; It sucks at everything else but making cartoons.
It doesn’t save animation for root joint and that it.

I animate using blender, I checked and verified the animations integrity multiple times, nothing wrong there. Any other ideas?
