I was thinking about making a system where you could trade pets for robux between players. If they agree on the trade request, one of the player’s gamepasses of the price they agreed on will be prompted to the other player. If the player buys the gamepass, the pet will then successfully be traded to the other player.
I’ve looked at a ton of forum posts and I can’t find anything relating to this. Is this allowed on Roblox? The rules of buying and trading items that cost robux or buying and trading items for robux is all very confusing.

To answer your question, I believe the answer is a hard no. Roblox is usually strict with this kind of stuff in general. (for example, selling games they technically don’t allow either.)
Roblox allows selling games now. The rule of not being allowed to sell games is incredibly outdated.

I think it’s actually allowed considering how many games are there where you can buy other’s people stuff by purchasing their gamepasses (just search up “buy my” and you’ll get tons of results)

pretty sure you can’t trade robux to other players for in-game items
i guess no harm in trying it, as said before pls donate gives you the tokens
there is a game which is called tug of war simulator, it has stands like pet simulator but you can list items for robux, i would assume since this game has been around for over a year it follows TOS
