Train not working

I am trying to make a controllable train.
The issue is that it doesn’t move at all when I try to make it move by pressing W to go forward and S to go back.
I have tried checking if it was anchored, making sure the wheels are on properly and stripping it down to just the chassis but it still doesn’t work.

Are you using surface hinges or hinge constraints? as of now surface hinges are getting removed so when you add surface hinges it will turn into a weld instead
