If you add lights to the lights on the wall and the train, I’d go for the nighttime one, but the second one would be better for visibility.

I feel like the station roofs are quite high up compared to the benches on the sides, it might look better if you were to bring them down a little and create a archway structure to hold up the roof on either side

If more lights were added (because I feel like its really dark), I would go with the one at night.

That’s not what I meant. I wanted you to add a light instance to the neon parts. 
Are the trains a free model? I think i seen them in toolbox before
