I think the basic layout of the building is quite decent, but like some other people were saying, the space is far too empty. Though, I wouldn’t criticize the empty nature of the building, since empty buildings can still look quite impressive.
One thing I could recommend for the training center is to add more practical physical elements to the structure of the building. Considering it is a large building, structural pillars and exposed framing for the roof would make it stand out more. Perhaps take reference from this image:

The pillars help to take up a bit of the empty space, and the exposed framing for the ceiling adds more detail to the training center. For areas like the security, reception, and barista training centers, the ceiling could be lowered, and be fully covered.
Another thing that could be added are physical light models. Besides the entrance of the training facility, there are no actual light fixtures to light up the building. Adding lights to the ceiling would add another layer of detail to the building, even if they don’t emit any light if need be.
Alongside lights could come trimmings. Trimmings cover the ‘gaps’, or intersection points between floors and walls, or walls and walls, as well as over the intersections of ceilings, over windows and over door/ hallway frames. You can find this all over your home (assuming you have a home with trims). Here is an example image:

Door/ Hallway Trimming
Trims would help add another layer of detail to the facility, in my opinion. And, since this is a large facility styled in similar fashion to say a warehouse, the trimmings would not need to be super detailed like in the example images.
Other than trims, a basic change that could be made is to color the walls and ceilings differently. They could of course be two different materials, but assuming they stay the same, having the walls be a darker color would help add more depth into the design of the facility. Or, you could go a bit more unrefined and rugged with the ceiling, and make it into sheet metal (like in the warehouse example image). Either would probably work just fine.
Besides the structure and interior design of the facility, there are definitely improvements to make to the furniture and appliances (whatever you’d call it).
Since this is a training facility, I do not believe that soft couches would suit the image well for the main stage area. I think adding folding or hard plastic chairs would support the idea of the facility, as well as folding plastic tables for the people sitting at the chairs. Though I don’t know exactly what you were going for, perhaps this idea would be a bit better due to the layout of the facility.
On top of plastic chairs (and tables), the space in-between them could be closed in. It seems too spacious, though of course there shouldn’t be too many chairs for too little people.
Other than the chairs, decorations of the (what I would assume to be) barista group, with images of the café and important figures for the group would help make the facility feel more ‘in-place’ for the lack of a better word. Right now, the facility feels too vague: I didn’t know what purpose it served until exploring the building further. It is important to add symbols and images that depict what the facility is actually for.
Lastly, minor details such as trash bins, water fountains, decorative signs, plants, and more could be added to make the space more lively. It feels quite plain right now to say the least.
In summary: The training facility feels more like a warehouse than it does an actual facility to train people in. The emptiness of the building persists throughout every area, and there is no variation in design (such as the 30-foot ceilings, or concrete floor). Some areas feel more like a military roleplay training center, with the ‘NO CROSSING WITHOUT PERMISSION’ and designated standing positions for the trainees and HR’s. Areas like the shoulder-to-shoulder line up seem unnecessary, and each training area has hardly any detail. However, improvements would definitely make this space feel more in-place. It is simply a matter of practicality, and creativity. There isn’t a need to improve any building skills, but having more creativity and effort into certain areas would definitely help in further developments.
Overall, it’s an alright build, and this whole reply can be shortened up to “less emptiness, more structural realistic-ness, and actual practical details”.
