this is a privated place pls publish it

It’s public, refresh the page.

It’s a nice build, it’s just that there’s a lot of Z Fighting.

First things first;
You should fix the z-fighting. Either by removing that part that interferes with the gound, or moving it up slightly

Also, there’s some sort of invisible part coming out from the host are/platform that might prevent users trying to get on at first. Might want to fix that.

The lighting is uneven with a bunch of dark and bright spots in some parts.

You could fix this by either using one large part with a surface light or brightening the ambient.

There isn’t really anything to see out here. It’s just in the middle of nowhere. You might want to add something to see so it doesn’t look empty.

And in general, the building could do with being smaller. There is a lot of empty space here.

And there seems to be unfinished and unlit areas as well. This training center will need way more polishing before it gets released.

Hello, @capture_nest!

I value your thorough comments about the condition of the training center right now. Your advice is really helpful to me as I learn and Improve this area. I want to reassure you that, In light of your findings, I am committed to making the appropriate adjustments to Improve the user experience.

I will take Immediate action to delete the Intervening portion In order to resolve the z-fighting issue. In order to guarantee seamless user accessibility, I’m also looking at the invisible portion close to the host area or platform.

We take notice of the uneven Illumination problem. In order to create a more uniform and aesthetically pleasing environment within the training facility, I will Investigate solutions like utilizing a single big portion with surface Illumination or changing ambient lighting settings

It seems sense that you would want to add more features to the surrounding area. I agree that there aren’t enough points of interest In the existing setting, and to keep the area from seeming empty, I want to add visually appealing items. As a result, the environment will become more immersive and the user experience will be greatly enhanced.

I took note of your criticism regarding the building’s size and the existence of unfinished and dark portions. I plan to reassess the building’s architecture and scale In order to maximize space use and fix any areas that still need improvement. It is Important to me that the training facility is well-lit and polished, and I will make every effort to uphold these high standards.

Your advice Is really helpful, and I promise to use It to develop the training center In the ways that It needs to be. Throughout this process, I’ll keep you Informed about my progress and would appreciate any further recommendations you may have.

Again, I want to thank you for your Insightful comment.

My opinion

Overall Rating: 2.5/10

Building

The building is basic. Take inspiration from Washiez.

The floor looks so basic. It’s just gray and red.

The material for the wall is like smooth plastic and not realistic.

So empty. Could use more seats or a smaller building. (not a free model couch tho)

The floor is still so basic in here.

The stage is okay, could be better though.

The lines you have to stand on again, are basic. The overall appareance for building is like either whatever the floor material is,and smooth plastic.

This is the best part of the entire training center.
The detail on the door is amazing.

The detail on the door is amazing.

Okay, now this just seems like it was rushed. It doesn’t seem like any time was put into it. It seemed like no or minimal effort. You just stand on a line?

Normally, the traditional training center on roblox has open space and a room you are assigned to according to your group.

This just is going to be chaotic if this was real.

I don’t know what the hell I’m looking at in here.

This is so basic.

Again, it seems like you or the builders just used smooth plastic or plastic for the walls.

The monitors are okay.

Wha the hell is this?
This looks unfinished or like you just threw a table in there.

Now the security room is just so basic.

I’ve seen enough.

TL:DR

It’s basic. I don’t like it. It’s trashy.

2.5/10 is the overall rating.

Hello, @King_GamingRobloxYT!

I appreciate your thorough criticism regarding the training center setting. Your opinions are very valuable to me, and I truly value your frank evaluation. I promise to address the concerns you have brought up by making major changes.

I can appreciate your concerns regarding the structure’s lack of creativity and simplicity. To Improve the overall aesthetics, I will seek Inspiration from the designs you mentioned, particularly from Washiez. I have taken note of your feedback regarding the wall material, floor, and the need for more realistic and detailed elements. To give the scene more depth and realism, I’ll try to add more varied and eye-catching textures.

In terms of how the space Is used, I agree that the structure lacks essential components and feels empty. I’ll rethink the design to make better use of the available space and add additional seating arrangements. I will take Into consideration your valuable feedback regarding the training area, stage, and overall layout when redesigning these areas to give users a more purposeful and engaging experience.

Regarding the training techniques and the requirement for a more structured and conventional approach, I value your Input. In order to ensure a more organized and orderly experience, I will redesign the training areas to Include spaces for various groups and clearly defined assignments. I will be making major changes to the security room and other areas you mentioned In order to bring them up to date with more functionality and detail.

I want to reassure you that I value your opinions and that I will do everything In my power to address these issues. Throughout this process, I will keep you informed of my progress and would appreciate any additional suggestions you may have.

Again, I want to thank you for your Insightful comments. If you have any more remarks or worries, don’t hesitate to get In touch.

I think the basic layout of the building is quite decent, but like some other people were saying, the space is far too empty. Though, I wouldn’t criticize the empty nature of the building, since empty buildings can still look quite impressive.

One thing I could recommend for the training center is to add more practical physical elements to the structure of the building. Considering it is a large building, structural pillars and exposed framing for the roof would make it stand out more. Perhaps take reference from this image:

The pillars help to take up a bit of the empty space, and the exposed framing for the ceiling adds more detail to the training center. For areas like the security, reception, and barista training centers, the ceiling could be lowered, and be fully covered.

Another thing that could be added are physical light models. Besides the entrance of the training facility, there are no actual light fixtures to light up the building. Adding lights to the ceiling would add another layer of detail to the building, even if they don’t emit any light if need be.

Alongside lights could come trimmings. Trimmings cover the ‘gaps’, or intersection points between floors and walls, or walls and walls, as well as over the intersections of ceilings, over windows and over door/ hallway frames. You can find this all over your home (assuming you have a home with trims). Here is an example image:

Image

Wall Trimming

Door/ Hallway Trimming

Trims would help add another layer of detail to the facility, in my opinion. And, since this is a large facility styled in similar fashion to say a warehouse, the trimmings would not need to be super detailed like in the example images.

Other than trims, a basic change that could be made is to color the walls and ceilings differently. They could of course be two different materials, but assuming they stay the same, having the walls be a darker color would help add more depth into the design of the facility. Or, you could go a bit more unrefined and rugged with the ceiling, and make it into sheet metal (like in the warehouse example image). Either would probably work just fine.

Besides the structure and interior design of the facility, there are definitely improvements to make to the furniture and appliances (whatever you’d call it).
Since this is a training facility, I do not believe that soft couches would suit the image well for the main stage area. I think adding folding or hard plastic chairs would support the idea of the facility, as well as folding plastic tables for the people sitting at the chairs. Though I don’t know exactly what you were going for, perhaps this idea would be a bit better due to the layout of the facility.
On top of plastic chairs (and tables), the space in-between them could be closed in. It seems too spacious, though of course there shouldn’t be too many chairs for too little people.

Other than the chairs, decorations of the (what I would assume to be) barista group, with images of the café and important figures for the group would help make the facility feel more ‘in-place’ for the lack of a better word. Right now, the facility feels too vague: I didn’t know what purpose it served until exploring the building further. It is important to add symbols and images that depict what the facility is actually for.

Lastly, minor details such as trash bins, water fountains, decorative signs, plants, and more could be added to make the space more lively. It feels quite plain right now to say the least.

In summary: The training facility feels more like a warehouse than it does an actual facility to train people in. The emptiness of the building persists throughout every area, and there is no variation in design (such as the 30-foot ceilings, or concrete floor). Some areas feel more like a military roleplay training center, with the ‘NO CROSSING WITHOUT PERMISSION’ and designated standing positions for the trainees and HR’s. Areas like the shoulder-to-shoulder line up seem unnecessary, and each training area has hardly any detail. However, improvements would definitely make this space feel more in-place. It is simply a matter of practicality, and creativity. There isn’t a need to improve any building skills, but having more creativity and effort into certain areas would definitely help in further developments.

Overall, it’s an alright build, and this whole reply can be shortened up to “less emptiness, more structural realistic-ness, and actual practical details”.

Hey, @adeformed_kidYT!

I value your thorough comments regarding the training facility’s current layout. Your advice is really helpful as I labor hard to transform the area into a training center that is both aesthetically pleasing and useful. I am dedicated to putting your suggestions into practice in order to improve the facility because, as a lone developer, I know how important it is to strike a balance between practicality and creativity.

I wholeheartedly concur with your assessment of the building’s emptiness. It’s a great idea that you suggested adding exposed framing and structural pillars to the roof, and I will definitely be inspired by the picture you shared. These components will help break up the large, empty spaces inside the building in addition to adding visual interest.

It’s also a good idea that you added trims to cover intersection points and included actual light models. These small touches will add a great deal to the overall design, giving the training center personality and depth without detracting from its main goal. In order to create a more dynamic and engaging environment, I also intend to differentiate the walls and ceilings using either color or material variation, as you suggested.

I value your viewpoint on the use of hard plastic tables and chairs, whether they are folding or not, when it comes to furniture arrangement. This decision will enable a more effective use of space and is consistent with the facility’s practical nature. Furthermore, I have taken note of your suggestion to decorate the walls with imagery that is relevant to the facility’s purpose, and I will make sure to include the appropriate symbols and images to create a unified and immersive atmosphere.

Finally, it is really helpful that you brought up small details like trash cans, water fountains, ornamental signs, and plants. These components will not only make the area more functional but also liven it up and make it seem cozier and friendlier.

Sincerely, however, I appreciate your input, and I promise to take care of the issues you brought up in your reply. Your advice has given me a clear direction, highlighting the significance of lowering emptiness, boosting structural realism, and adding useful details. You can be sure that I will put my imagination and hard work into designing a facility that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing in every way.

Again, I appreciate you taking the time to express your opinions. I’m excited to put these changes into practice and build a training center that goes above and beyond.

Hi there, There are some elements which are good and some which are bad. I don’t want to repeat whats already been said by others in the comments here, But for me if I were to point out the thing that needs improving the most its the overall detail. For example, The windows being just square like with no window panels or window frames makes me feel like I’m playing a roblox game in 2014. Personally, I’m not a fan of your texturing and overall color scheme too. I don’t think the predominant grey and red go well together, along with that you’ve got random text thats pink and blue, its a mess to be honest. Furthermore the smooth plastic material can look good when used correctly, but you’ve used 1 color for the walls and ceiling, there are no ceiling lights and no particular design on the walls which makes the whole thing look quite cheap and low quality. Along with that the whole thing is very blocky, There has been no attempt to give the overall build some shape and you could’ve used unions, blender and Archimedes to really add depth and give your training center a bit more shape. And lastly the lighting can be improved which someone has already said, So I don’t want to dive into that too much.

What you’ve done well here is the overall layout is well-planned but just poorly executed. The spawn being at the back with the training areas either side of the stage is well designed and laid out. I also really like the training area door design, you seem to have detailed it really well and given the overall glass panels support and have textured the door well, it shows you know how to do these things and if you applied it to the whole training center I think you can vastly improve it.

If I were to give you small improvement tips, My first would be adding more detail to the walls. Maybe start by outlining each window then giving the window panels. Maybe you could add some detail to the ceiling as it looks quite bland, Try adding ceiling lights or something. As for the seats, they’re pretty much sofas, maybe try and create some actual conference room like seats, And for each row elevate the seats like how it is in the theaters.

Once you implement things like this, I’m sure it’ll add more detail and overall shape to your building.
