Hello !
So recently the owner of a group I work for has been banned definitively for a model he had uploaded. While he is trying to contact support we try to maintain the game but we do not have access to the group funds to pay people.
Is there any way the owner could transfer the leadership ?
I do know that contacting roblox for moderation issues takes a while, and if he’s not unbanned what will happen ? Will the group and our game just disappear ???
What options do we have ?

If im being correct, the owner of the group is banned but you try to transfer ownership of the group?
Mostlikely no. Bans are made as a punishment to punish users breaking the rules and shouldn’t be evaded through different accounts. I believe only the owner can transfer ownership and the user is not able to access the account while banned
I believe the group and games will stay but without proper access. Normally you can still access the group funds if the owner setup the role permissions correctly
Either way the person needs to wait for Roblox Support to respond and i heard they take a bit to respond because they are busy at the moment

but he did not set proper permissions that’s why we’re kind of lost and were wondering if there maybe was a way on the platform for him to do that
Unfortunately i don’t think theres a way to transfer ownership while the owner is banned

The appeal was denied, but was it a bot ?
he can still request to give us the ownership but this procedure is honestly terrible, a way should have been thought wayy earlier, I did check the forum before making this post and it’s been years…
