Wow! That looks amazing! I’d just make the movement sharper when the transformation part finishes and the person turns into whatever they turn into. Just an idea, but after the transformation, add something that makes the person look visually different to signify that they’ve transformed.

I like it a lot but im thinking that some of the animations can be faster.
