Transformers: Prime v506 Patch Notes

Hey all, another patch for Transformers: Prime is here! This was released early since a global roblox update to animations affected the gameplay. Additional content like Prowl will release in the next patch.

General Changes:

  • AnimationWeightedBlendFix was set to “Disabled” in order to preserve previous animation system
  • Weapons now accurately display damage and play hitsounds with explosive weapons
  • Ammo Display Gui added
  • Weapon Icons added
  • Discord added to title screen
  • Run animation speed altered slightly for certain characters
  • Spawn forcefield time increased from 3->4.5 seconds
  • Character select screen layout altered
  • Removed traffic lights from the map
  • Moved health pack at mid to be easier to reach

Balance Changes:

  • Global:
    • Fall speed decreased to reduce the strength of bunny hopping and enhance building traversal
    • Sprint speed decreased overall
    • Flight speed decreased globally to 0.8 times prepatch values
    • Reduced health of flying characters compared to grounded counterparts
  • Leader:
    • Riot Cannon: Damage decreased and damage dropoff increased
      • Blast Damage: 27->22, Hit Damage: 15->13, Max Distance: 600->150, Zero Damage Distance: 600->130, FullDamageDistance: 100->50
  • Scout:
    • Rapid Shotgun: Number of projectiles increased for more consistent hits, damage per projectile decreased, spread decreased
      • Hit Damage: 18->12, NumProjectiles: 5->9, Max Spread: 4->3.5, Min Spread: 3.5-> 3.1
  • Bombardier:
    • No changes
  • Heavy:
    • Heavy Machine Gun: Ammo capacity decreased and reload time increased
      • Ammo Capacity: 120->100, Reload Time: 2->2.6
  • Medic:
    • Ground Bridge: Cooldown doubled and max distance decreased slightly
      • Cooldown: 3->6, Range: 60->55
    • Max health decreased
  • Sniper:
    • Sniper Rifle: Damage decreased, ammo capacity decreased, cooldown increased, scope sensitivity altered, bullet trail more visible
      • Ammo Capacity: 5->4, Shot Cooldown: 1.2->1.3, Hit Damage: 125->88
      • Body shots can no longer one-shot low health characters
  • Demo:
    • Burst Grenade Launcher: Blast radius increased, blast and hit damage rebalanced, less gravity influence on projectile, max distance altered
      • Blast Damage: 40->42, Blast Radius: 16->24, Hit Damage: 40->32, Max Distance: 600->180, Gravity Factor: 1.3->0.87
    • Max health increased
  • Soldier:
    • Automatic Rifle: Ammo Capacity and Hit Damage increased
      • Ammo Capacity: 30->40, Hit Damage: 20->25
    • Pistol replaced with Rocket Launcher
  • Pyro:
    • Grenade Launcher: Damage increased, blast radius increased, and gravity influence on projectile decreased
      • Blast Damage: 50->54, Blast Radius: 16->22, Gravity Factor: 1->0.8, Hit Damage: 40->35
