It looks really good, but the bar color needs to change because in background and UI seem really nice colors. but when looking at the bar it just a bad use of the rainbow.
Don’t know what you meant on this post, so im presuming that you want our opinions on this UI. What @static2240 stated above me, I can agree on somewhat. Though I would completely remove the bar, as I do not see a purpose there. If it does, change the style and/or just have one color, a hot color (red, orange, or yellow).

The bar is used as a progress indicator for loading things in although it’s not shown in this image

Well, Now it look nice . It was good idea to connect the progress bar with notes or hints GUI.
The new colors help with background and UI colors. I said it Win/Win
