Transparency changes without script

You can see how the Transparency is changing to 1, i checked the Script there is nothing what should change the Transparency. In the Game its not changing but in the Studio its changing, why?

What are you referring to when you say the Transparency is changing?

The Transparency is 0.25 and is changing without script to 1

The transparency of what? The buttons? The white background?
