Transparent Avatar in Adobe Dimension

I need help because when I imported my roblox 3d object into Adobe, it was transparent.

Maybe because it has Bones and since Adobe is not for rigging, it breaks the character?

Maybe try using blender to make the scene?

I’m not familiar with Adobe Dimension. I don’t believe I’ve even heard of the program before, but since the 3D model is transparent, it probably has something to do with the material settings. Are you able to change the settings of an object in the workspace?

Hello,
I did not understand what you mean. I guess it was not transparent in roblox studio but it become transparent when It it on the adobe?

Check if there’s any hidden transparency attribute to the imported object. I’m not really experienced with Adobe Dimension, but this is pretty weird honestly.

The thing is, I pose my avatar in Roblox Studio and then import it.

It kind of works, but the rendering with the fbx format is troubling.

It probably isn’t the fbx format. Try shading it smooth?

I already did that.

I don’t think Adobe has a workspace settings.

I see you have some renders there. Is it correct to assume you figured out why it is transparent, and if so, can you fill me in. Thanks.
