Hello everyone, hope you are all well and safe.
I am trying to upload a shirt to Roblox with transparent areas to match the skin tone of the avatar, however, these areas do not become transparent and instead show the universal transparent texture. Is there something I’m doing wrong, or any way around this?

Is the picture you uploaded a PNG?
Yes it is a PNG, I usually always upload with this format.
This most likely means that the transparent area of the image is not actually transparent. I would go back to whatever image editing software your using and use the magic wand tool (if there is one on such program) and try to select the ‘empty space’. If you’re still not able to solve the problem after that then I am unsure what is the issue.
I’ve tried that already, still occuring.
You gotta cut on the neck area in the template. Make a circle in the neck area and delete that circle then save it as in PNG. If you’re still having problem, go to youtube and search how to make transparent roblox shirt. That can help!
