Below you will find detailed descriptions of all of the staff positions found at Trente.


Low Ranks

Low ranks have been employed to serve customers at the cafe.


Junior Barista (Rank Limit: ∞)
Apprentice Baristas are novice staff members who have passed a training session but have not reached any point requirements. Their job is to serve food & drinks to customers at the teahouse.


Barista (Rank Limit: ∞)
Baristas are more experienced staff members who have passed a training session and have acquired at least (undecided) points. Their job is to serve food & drinks to customers at the teahouse.


Senior Barista (Rank Limit: ∞)
Senior Baristas are highly skilled, experienced staff members at Trente. They have passed a training session and have acquired at least (undecided) points. Their job is to serve food & drinks to customers at the teahouse.


Middle Ranks

Middle Ranks have been employed to assist Low Ranks and employ trainees.


Staff Assistant (Rank Limit: 40)
Staff Assistants are employed for their consistent dedication to Trente and are expected to assist Low Ranks when attending shifts at the cafe, as well as train attending trainees at the Training Center.


Shift Supervisor (Rank Limit: 30)
Shift Supervisors are more experienced Middle Ranks who can be seen supervising the cafe often, as well as hosting training sessions.


Shift Manager (Rank Limit: 20)
Shift Managers oversee shifts at the cafe and are the first rank with the ability to host shifts. Due to their focus on the cafe, Shift Managers will also recommend Senior Baristas for a promotion.


General Manager (Rank Limit: 10)
General Managers make up the final rank of the four Middle Ranks at Trente. They are expected to assist other Middle Ranks whenever necessary and report on their performance. General Managers also have the ability to promote Senior Baristas to the rank of Staff Assistant, making them the first rank with the ability to do so.


High Ranks

High Ranks have been employed to actively improve the relations and staffing of Trente.


Chief Relations Officer (Rank Limit: 6)
Chief Relations Officers work within the Public Relations department to enhance & maintain Trente’s community in a variety of ways. They will often host events, collaborate with Trente’s alliances, post content on Trente’s social media accounts, and more. Additionally, CROs assist community members with any questions they may have.


Chief Staff Officer (Rank Limit: 6)
Chief Staff Officers work within the Staff Management department with the expectation of managing the Middle Ranks of Trente. CSOs oversee the activity of a few Middle Ranks and assist them on their journey at Trente. Additionally, CSOs work together to promote Middle Ranks when necessary.


Chief Executive Officer (Rank Limit: 4)
Chief Executive Officers work within both of the departments at Trente. They will often assist High Ranks with any questions they may have. CEOs are given the ability to promote CROs to the rank of CSO and oversee the HR activity as a whole.


Senior Rank

Senior Ranks have been employed to oversee all functions of the group.


Vice President: (Rank Limit: 2)
The Vice Presidents of Trente oversee the HR operations of Trente. They work diligently to ensure that the goals of Trente are being consistently met.


President: (Rank Limit: 1)
The President oversees all group operations and activities alongside the Owner.


Owner: (Rank Limit: 1)
The Owner oversees all group activities and will perform actions available only to the group owner.


MR Promotion Guide

Below you will find a detailed guide on how to become an MR at Trente. If you would like to start working here as a Staff Member, simply apply for a job at the Application Center and attend a training session when one is hosted.


The path to becoming an MR is relatively straightforward. Firstly, you will need to become a Senior Barista. In order to do this, you must pass the trainee application found in the Application Center, then attend and pass a training session. From here, you need to reach (undecided) points!
Once you have become a Senior Barista, you will need to follow these requirements in order to be recognized by an Executive Assistant:

  • Must have safe-chat disabled
  • Must always use grammar while working
  • Must not have a negative reputation within Trente or its affiliates
  • Must be consistently active at the teahouse
  • Must be in the communications (Discord) server
  • Must not hint

Unfortunately, safe-chat is prohibited for members of the Management Team+ as it interferes with the player’s ability to efficiently communicate. If changes to this chat filtering system are made that reverse this in some way, then this ban may be lifted.

Using grammar while working is mandatory for Senior Baristas looking to become promoted as it displays professionalism. It also shows whether or not you can use proper grammar, which is required at the training center for trainers. When you are not working behind a register, grammar is not required as you will not be evaluated during this time.

Having a negative reputation with our group or affiliates may hinder or even eliminate your chances of a promotion to MR. This is unlikely to happen, though, and you most likely will know if this applies to you.

Consistent activity is also a crucial step in getting promoted. The type of activity General Managers look for is consistent. This means that it would be heavily preferred if you work 30 minutes per day for a month, rather than 3 hours for one day, and not play again for a few weeks.

You must also be in the Discord server. This is mainly so that you can receive important information and stay updated on things related to the group.

Finally, hinting is prohibited. Hinting is essentially implying or asking to be promoted. If you do this, it will be logged and will decrease your chances of being promoted.

Affiliate Information

Trente is actively seeking groups to form alliances with! We have just a few requirements that you’ll need to meet in order to be considered.

  • Must have at least 100 group members & at least 25 members on Discord
  • Must have a fairly active community with consistent, steady growth.
  • Must be free of toxicity and must not be involved in any scandals or similar issues.
  • Must not sell ranks granting administrative powers.
  • Must have a communications server.
  • Must not have botted group members (rank bots, for example, are fine; bots added with the intent of gaining members, however, are disallowed).
  • Must be willing to post updates on our group (as we do the same).

It is likely that our member requirements will increase as the group grows. When we implement this, our current affiliates will not be terminated so long as they continue to meet our other requirements.
