@TheAOTProject Please do not repost this. I have seen 2-3 topics with close to the same name and pretty much hiring for the same reason. I suggest you make one big post then direct people there when you need it.
I have only bumped it, never reposted it. I had to repost because the other one closed. Please read my above reply, thanks!
A thousand dollars, I am not a scripter but I can’t believe nobody has replied to this topic. Hope you find what your looking for!
I hope I can find a sutiable and talented developer as well.
How long do you estimate the game taking to code?
Depends on the skill of the programmer really. I’d hope 2-3 months. Getting down the main mechanics for the guns and the characters will be the most tasking, as well as an anti-cheat from hackers. The goal would be for you, the programmer, to make a suitable and stable income after the launch, and based on our studio’s track record, it is more than possible.
I’m interested, but with a catch. Hopefully we can talk on Discord!
This is a post that is on the devforums.
Awaiting your message!
Hello! I am interested in the position. I have sent you a friend request on Discord.

This game is against the ToS. They are giving real life rewards for e - sports contests in this game or something. Contacted me for some UI and immidietly declined when I heard that.
Thousand is to low for full project. 40% good but, I suggest u increase the pay and add %. Otherwise its not worth it as a full-stack lead scripter. Just speaking from my experience. Not either or.
Hey! Thanks for the response. The reason it is 40% is because our studio is funding all of it. Funding all the UI artist, animators, modelers, builders, voice actors, particle designers, etc. This is over $1,500. That is why it’s a 60/40 split. Keep in mind, in our past, our studio has made over 42,000,000 Robux off a 19% partnership deal with a simulator game. 40% is a large sum of the profits.
Hey DevKey! I’d recommend reading the ToS again. It’s not allowed to give Robux out, you are allowed to give off-site rewards for accomplishing something. Such as how you can pay a developer to work at your game without using Robux. I’ve confirmed this with Roblox ToS and with other developers as well. Thanks for your response!
Recommended you read the ToS

Not even going to lie, sometimes I look at posts like this and immediately become glad that I know how to script.
It’s indeed a good skill to have, I gave up programming after 4 years of it (Java, C#, Lua, C, Python, etc.) Very time consuming. Stepping back as a project leader has been more successful.
Still looking for a developer to fulfill this role.
