These are the official Rules & Regulations of The Royal Free Hospital signed by the Chairman. The Rules & Regulations are subjected to change without notice.

𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳

· Expected to work as a team to promote an efficient and professional environment towards the patients and fellow staff under any circumstances.

· Expected to show respect towards the patients, fellow staff and to the group itself under any circumstance.

· Expected to represent The Royal Free Hospital with responsibility and accountability towards your actions, as well as the treatment of your patients, respectability and obedience towards each other and patients that are working towards their goal of medical treatment.

· Expected to report any issues or concerns regarding TRFH to a Chief Operating Officer+

· Highly encouraged to join the groups

· Required to listen to and carry out orders given to you by your superior if the order received complies with the current Rules and Regulations of The Royal Free Hospital.

· Expected to not make any attempts at exploiting, hacking, and anything that can be classified as such.

· Expected to not make any attempts to bribe a high-ranking employee of The Royal Free Hospital to give you special privileges and/ or a promotion.

· Expected to follow all the terms, rules, and guidelines in the Code of Conduct of ROBLOX. A link to these rules can be found in the Group Resources page, at the end of this document.

· Prohibited to give employee tools to non-employees; that includes using the gear/give commands.

· Expected to have respect for all superiors by addressing them as either “Sir” or “Ma’am.”

· Do not spam on the group wall about unnecessary or inappropriate topics. Doing this will result in a permanent suspension.


𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳

𝟭. Expected be on your best behaviour when on-duty. You will set a good example for the lower ranks.

𝟮. Expected to use administrative commands maturely, professionally, and responsibly all the while not abusing the commands of your rank at any place of The Royal Free Hospital. A-List of commands that are and are not acceptable can be found in the Group Resources page, at the end of this document.

𝟯. Expected to do their assigned jobs and aid, other members, when they are in need.

𝟰. Required to eliminate all forms of dictatorship or unlawful act due to administrative or group ranking power.

𝟱. Expected to help other members in need, and to keep your Messaging Inbox setting to be available to everyone.

𝟲. Expected to tell a higher-rank of your absence if you decide to go inactive.

𝟳. Expected to not accept bribes of any sort for any sort of reason.

𝟴. Expected to not post any irrelevant, inappropriate, or disrespectful content on the group shout or discord server.

𝟵. Expected to use correct grammar while posting on the shout.

𝟭𝟬. Expected to not shout over the top of important information or shouts that contain [DNOS] (Do Not Over Shout) tags.

𝟭𝟭. Required to have approval from a member of the Chief Operating Officer+ before using a [DNOS] tag.

𝟭𝟮. Encouraged to use tags to inform other members of the priority or event. For a full list of tags, please refer to the Group Resources page, at the end of this forum: [PREV], [NOTICE], [DNOS], [MSG], and [!] may be used.

𝟭𝟯. Expected to collaborate as a team, and to not argue overpower. End all conflicts maturely and professionally.


𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯: 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳

𝟭. Expected to not disrupt any on-going operation in any of the operating rooms without permission from the surgeons performing surgery.

𝟮. Prohibited from begging/asking for promotions. This can namely result in a solid punishment.

𝟯. Expected to stay in the location you were assigned to. Do not leave your location to join another case or leave your patient alone.

𝟰. Required to wear the proper uniform while on-duty at any The Royal Free Hospital facilities

𝟱. Encouraged to have an assistant with you during surgery [7+]

𝟲. To be respectful to all patients no matter how much of a distraction or annoyance they can be. Be kind and patient to them.

𝟳. No inappropriate disease cases will be treated - as it will interrupt hospital operations.

𝟴. Under no circumstances should you roleplay a scenario that would interrupt hospital operations (eg. Fire, Floods, Individual with a gun in the hospital, etc.)

𝟵. To roleplay realistically and respectfully - absurd, inappropriate, or unrealistic roleplay will result in severe punishment. If you don’t know how to roleplay medically do your research.
