The following document will explain how interviews work at The Robloxian General Hospital.
This is the same rules as old TRGH roblox forum have
Nurse’s in Charge+ can interview the ranks below them. Any rank above Nurse’s in Charge must be interviewed by a Head of Doctors+.
When interviewing someone, use these questions. You may copy and paste these questions into the game. Make sure the person uses grammar and complete sentences while answering.
(1) What job would you like to be?
(2) Why do you want to be this job?
(3) Have you had any past experience?
(4) On a scale of 1-10, how active will you be on the hospital?
(5) Will you respect all members of the hospital?
(6) On a scale of 1-10, how good is your grammar?
[-] If the person has failed, politely tell them why they have failed. Then kick the person.
[+] If the person has passed, rank/promote them in the Group.
All Head of Doctors+ must follow these guidelines while interviewing someone for a job.
