Inactive Protocol
Middle Ranks and up: For inactivity, you will use the format listed below. Once you have done that, it will be reacted with a thumbs up/down and you with either be given the inactive roll or you will not be given if you have a thumbs down.

LRs: You do not need any sort of format for your inactive excuses. You simply may just be inactive. Lower rank staff don’t have much responsibility, therefore they do not need an inactive excuse as to why they are being inactive.
