Kitchen Tour
Kitchen Tour is an optional part of the training. You should ask your trainees if they want a kitchen tour. If only a few of them want a tour, take them and tell the others to wait. If none of them wants a kitchen tour, you may proceed and skip this part.

In your kitchen tour, you must include:
Restocking area
Janitor area
Fridge
Smoothie Area
Sink Area
Restock truck
Stove
Try and explain in detail what each of these is used for.

Troll Test
This part of the training is where you must dress up as a troller and the staff must follow the protocol like they would at the smoothie bar. This part of the training is meant to be the most fun but there are a few simple rules.

Do not disrespect religion, sexuality or ethnicities. We don’t want the training to be “too real”.
Keep swearing or disrespectful cuss words to a minimum.
You may wear “troll” clothing, however, keep it appropriate.

Before beginning, ensure that:
All questions are answered
All trainees know how to warn and how many warnings to give

Conclusion
After completing the troll test, you have completed the whole training process. You then must announce the people who have passed (preferably the whole group unless a staff member failed to use grammar or took too long to do a task).

Rank the staff members if necessary, ask if they have any questions and dismiss them/ remove them from the server.
