Regulations
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Respect the privacy of others by not sharing any confidential information without their consent. Tropic’z is not liable for any damage caused by not adhering to this rule.
PROFANITY
Avoid using profanity or abusive language on the server.
CYBERBULLYING
Do not engage in any form of cyberbullying or discrimination against others.
LINKS
Do not share any malicious links or files that can harm the system or other users.
SPAMMING
Do not engage in spamming or flooding the server with unnecessary messages.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES
Report any suspicious activities to the server administrators.
MUTUAL RESPECT
Maintain a professional and courteous tone when communicating with others on the
server.
APPROPRIATE CHANNEL USAGE
Use appropriate channels for specific types of communication, such as work-related discussions or casual chat.

Session Information
SESSION INFORMATION
Tropic’z often schedules training sessions to support the advancement of our lower-ranking staff members. There will be lots of other seminars available for you to attend throughout the day, so don’t worry if you happen to miss one of our hosted sessions. Before you may join our training session, you must first attend an application session at the application center to become a trainee and then rise in rank. Holidays including Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and others may result in the cancellation of training sessions. Every time a session is canceled, a message will be posted in our discord server.

Rank Information
VALUED CUSTOMER
This rating is given to everyone who joins the Tropic’z group. Valued Customers are users who use the game and make orders from our staff. This position is important to our community. Our group would not be where it is today without this rank.
NOTED CUSTOMER
Noted Customers are users who have significantly contributed to Tropic’z or who are well-known in the community as users. This rank is typically awarded to former High Ranks who have significantly benefited the organization as well as notable members of our community. You cannot be promoted to this rank or apply for it.
AWAITING TRAINING
The role is awarded to those who pass the application quiz. This job enables the designated user to enroll in the Training Center and prepare for a staff position. You need to be a part of the Tropic’z group and get a passing grade on the Application Center quiz to be given this role. The next job for trainees is Beginner Server, which they must get ready for.
BEGINNER SERVER
This position is given to those who successfully finish their first training session. This position’s duties include serving customers and taking meal orders from visitors, guests, and anyone else. A different training is required for Junior Servers who want to advance to Server status.
EXPERIENCED SERVER
This position is awarded to those who complete their second training. Serving clients and accepting orders from visitors, guests, and anyone ordering food are the tasks of the server. The Server must complete more training if they want to advance to the higher positions.
SENIOR SERVER
As a Senior Server, you’ve accomplished everything. Every month on the first, you are qualified to apply for the position of management assistant, and you can serve as an example to newly employed staff members who are still learning. Senior Servers are not directly in charge of lower ranks, but they are still able to assist customers and carry on with their regular duties. If your diligence is noticed, you can be given the opportunity to advance to Management Intern.
MANAGEMENT INTERN
Joining our team as a management intern is the first step. You’ll be studying the fundamentals of being a member of our upper management team and a role model for our players while serving as an intern. You will get a lot of new knowledge and help other employees with their duties as a management intern. If you succeed in your internship and are found to be a strong candidate for the staff team, you might be promoted to Staff Assistant.
STAFF ASSISTANT
Users who hold this status have been promoted by a corporate human resources department after successfully completing the mentorship. Employee Assistants have been granted moderator rights for all of our games. They are responsible for overseeing, running, and helping with sessions at the cafe. The very first MR rank anyone has ever attained is this one. This function can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.
SUPERVISOR
Supervisors are experienced workers who are now capable of accomplishing much more. In addition to hosting shifts and promoting LRs during promotional shifts, supervisors are in charge of managing the game. This position can hold a maximum of 18 people.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Assistant Managers are skilled workers who have demonstrated a high level of commitment, activity, and expertise of Tropic’z. They help every member of the restaurant crew. Those at this level are responsible for fulfilling the requirements for activity, sessions, and other things. This position may hold a maximum of 16 people.
MANAGER
The final position an MR can attain is manager. This is the last position before becoming an HR! Managers oversee the proper operation of the restaurant. They’ll carry out their obligations to the management community. This function can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
The initial High Rank role is that of Management Executive. Users of this rank have worked hard as Managers before being promoted by a Junior Executive+. The Board of Executives has been granted administrative permissions for all of our games. Their duties are comparable to those of a manager, with the addition that they can now participate in departments, help with events, and report MRs. This function can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
EXECUTIVE INTERN
For those whose executive resumes were accepted, they will receive this rank. They will move directly into the position of executive assistant if they are promoted from management executive.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Our group’s first Department role is Executive Assistant. In order to ensure activity and commitment to their current position, members of this job will be allocated to either the Human Resources or Public Relations Departments, where they must regularly fulfill their obligations. They must always act professionally, have excellent grammar skills, and have a solid grasp of how things work here.
JUNIOR - SENIOR EXECUTIVE
These positions are the highest among Executives; they oversee the operation of the department in which they work. They assist with the presidential duties and step in when a presidential member is given a notice of inactivity.
DEVELOPMENT TEAM
These are our devoted team members who regularly assist with our games, scripts, guis, etc. Tropic’z wouldn’t be in shape without them!
PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANTS
The first presidential rank is presidential assistant; their primary duty is to oversee the department that was assigned to them; they are not in charge of overseeing. Users in this capacity ensure that the department they are in charge of is operating effectively and smoothly. They must also be in charge of performing duties for the Presidential Team. This is a rank that is attainable and that Tropic’s Presidential Team alone can obtain. This role can hold a maximum of three people.
VICE PRESIDENT
It is possible to reach this level, which can only be granted by Tropic’z President. They have a lot of duties and are in charge of managing one department. They have contributed significantly to the group’s current state while assisting the President with the group. This role can hold a maximum of three people.
PRESIDENT
The group’s owner, the President, is in command of all operations. The person with this rank is devixcs. He founded the organization and has the final say in all matters. This role has overall authority over the development team, marketing, finances, staff team, and business expansion.
